Your mission
Additionally, you’ll support ad hoc operational tasks and spearhead the integration of potential new tools such as a conversation intelligence platform. This role will directly impact our ability to scale operations, streamline workflows, and enable the commercial teams to do what they do best. You will work closely together with a team of Sales Operations Specialists responsible for enabling and supporting the Sales organization and directly report into our Head of Sales Operations.
As CRM Architect you will
CRM Management: Maintain and optimize our CRM system (i.e., HubSpot) to support the entire sales lifecycle, ensuring functionality, data integrity, and scalability.
Tech Stack Integration: Manage the integration and functionality of key tools like Sales Navigator, Cognism, HubSpot, and Aircall to ensure a cohesive ecosystem.
Tool Optimization: Identify and resolve issues with the existing tools, streamline user management processes, and ensure systems meet operational needs..
Support & Collaboration: Provide support for ad hoc operational tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and solve challenges.
Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data across platforms and contribute to reporting and analytics to drive data-driven decisions.
