Keiron Printing Technologies is an Eindhoven-based equipment company, working with a laser-based, digital manufacturing technology developed by their partner TNO at Holst Centre. Keiron aims to revolutionize the industry of printed electronics with their high-speed and agile printing process. Keiron's technology enables its users to deposit electrically conductive lines from materials such as copper, silver, gold, and platinum. The technology requires no mask, making it a cost-effective solution for small series volumes, as well as prototyping. The technology has massive scale-up potential, reaching speeds of up to 500 cm/s and 10,000 dots per second. Due to the ability to print high viscous materials, the technology is able to print lines over and through conformal surfaces, granting extensive freedom for product designs. Unlike other technologies, Keiron does not sacrifice agility in favor of speed, nor the other way around!
