Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy to drive revenue through 3rd-party resellers, VARs, and OEM partners, including setting partner targets, defining KPI frameworks, and monitoring performance to optimize outcomes.
Identify, recruit, onboard, enable, and support partners aligned with Helin’s growth objectives, delivering ongoing training, performance tracking, and positioning strategies to ensure partner success and satisfaction.
Manage strategic technology alliances (e.g., Cognite, Microsoft, Aveva) by acting as the primary business contact for senior stakeholders, driving alignment on joint business plans, co-selling opportunities, incentives, and co-innovation initiatives.
Build and nurture relationships with implementation partners (e.g., Capgemini, Red Zone, etc.), liaising with Helin’s delivery teams to resolve escalations, streamline collaboration, and ensure high-quality delivery and customer success.
Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success to execute integrated partner-centric strategies, coordinate joint marketing and enablement activities, and represent Helin at industry events and partner engagements.
Provide regular reporting on partner pipeline, performance, revenue attainment, and risk areas to senior leadership, while continuously improving channel processes, incentives, and enablement approaches to increase partner success and scalability.
