You’ll be a strategic advisor and hands-on operator, ensuring our people systems enable growth while staying true to our values. What You'll Achieve
  • Partner with managers to develop strong leadership practices and high-performing teams
  • Shape culture through values-led programs and transparent job levels
  • Design scalable frameworks for performance management, development, and engagement
  • Drive policies and compliance that improve contracts and legal clarity across the organization
  • Lead recruitment strategy and guide the team to deliver consistent, high-quality hiring
  • Build headcount and budget plans that support growth and sustainability
  • Experiment with new ways to support managers through coaching, toolkits, and peer learning
What You Bring
  • Proven experience scaling people operations in SaaS or IT environments
  • Strong knowledge of Dutch and EU employment law, including works councils
  • Ability to design and implement people systems that improve performance and engagement
  • Confidence in managing budgets, tools, and external HR partners
  • Hands-on mentality with the ability to roll up your sleeves and make things happen
  • Comfortable voicing opinions and influencing decisions at leadership level
Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting investor conversations during funding rounds
  • Understanding of SaaS benchmarks (e.g., GTM ramp, CS capacity, engineering ladders)
  • Experience building manager academies or peer coaching communities
