Job description
We are looking for a senior commercial profile who can drive our Helin platform’s commercial growth, helping clients connect to multiple sources and data streams easily. With our Helin platform, customers can effortlessly build their own applications or choose from our curated, industry-specific solutions. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute complex sales strategies, targeting B2B enterprise energy/industrial clients, driving pipeline growth and expansion opportunities across various segments and products
  • Understand the energy, offshore/maritime and safety industry’s needs and challenges and position Helin’s solutions as the industry standard
  • Be the subject matter expert and enabler: Understand the challenges of the clients (e.g. Cybersecurity) and present compelling ROI-driven value propositions tailored to their needs.
  • Manage and close complex sales cycles (12-18 months), engaging with multiple stakeholders, including fleet managers, cybersecurity leads, and R&D teams.
  • Fuel our rapid growth- you’ll be at the heart of shaping our commercial team, helping optimize sales processes and revenue streams and fuel our expansion.
Qualifications
Must-Haves:

  • A min of 5-8+ years in SaaS/PaaS Enterprise sales, with a strong track of record
  • Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and manage complex deals with a strong track record of closing high-value enterprise deals
  • Experience navigating complex B2B environments with multi-stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to engage and articulate technical solutions in a way that resonates with business decision-makers.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, collaboration and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in high-growth, scale-up environments where agility and adaptability are key.
Nice-to-Haves:

  • Background in renewable energy, industrial safety, maritime, or smart grid solutions.
  • Knowledge of enterprise cybersecurity concerns and how they impact SaaS adoption.
