Our ambition is bold: to become the wind industry standard. To get there, we are looking for an experienced and visionary Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to drive commercial growth, build strategic partnerships, and take Fibersail’s market presence to the next level.
Job Summary
As CCO, you will be a key member of Fibersail’s leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. You will lead the company’s commercial strategy, focusing on revenue generation, market expansion, and long-term customer relationships. Your work will be critical in positioning Fibersail as a trusted partner and leader in the wind industry.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for revenue generation and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to define Fibersail’s USPs, understand industry trends, and anticipate customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align commercial strategies with product development and delivery.
- Act as the bridge between customer requirements and technical teams, ensuring compelling business cases and clear value propositions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, business cases, and presentations to secure new business.
- Negotiate and close commercial agreements with clients and partners, ensuring favorable terms.
- Represent Fibersail at events, conferences, and with key partners.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on commercial activities, performance metrics, and outcomes.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of senior experience in business development, sales, or commercial leadership in the wind industry (owners/operators and/or OEMs).
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA a plus), Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales and strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills with the ability to design and execute commercial strategies.
- High-energy, hands-on leader able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (other key market languages are a plus).
